Step 1
Login to your SARS efiling profile

At the top of the page, you will see that you have an Organisation Profile. Please select the 3 dots to the left of "Organisation" to select the "Portfolio Management" option on the dropdown.
Step 3
Select the 3 dots to the left of "Go to Portfolio" and select the "Change Portfolio Type" option on the dropdown.
Step 4
Select the down arrow next to "Portfolio type" and select the "Individual" option then select "Save". Your profile has now been updated to an Individual tax profile.
You can now click on "Go to Portfolio" to access your Individual eFiling account.
